What cables do I need to hook up my new hd sound card into my hdtv or surround sound sytem?

Drake E asked: I recently purcashe this sound card and it has the standard green blue black and pink ports on it. what do I need to plug this into my hdtv or surround sound system. Pretty new to sound cards.
